Main panel: This panel, on the upper right of the Simlab, shows the age pyramid. People are divided into five-year age groups as shown on the scale at the left. A bar proportional to the number of people in each age group is drawn. Females are on the right, and males are on the left. The age range of people responsible for almost all births is colored gold in the pyramid. The blue part of the pyramid corresponds to people younger than that and the green part to people older than that.
Population Time History: This graph, on the upper left-hand part of the Simlab, shows the population in millions as a function of time in years. The number of females, males, and the total are displayed.
Time: Current year in the simulation run.
Males: Number of males in millions.
Females: Number of females in millions.
