End User License Agreement (EULA) for NxFilter and its client
programs.


By accepting this agreement or by installing NxFilter or one of its
client programs offered by or on behalf of Jahastech or by clicking
"Install", you agree to the following terms, notwithstanding anything
to the contrary in this agreement.

"SOFTWARE" means a DNS filtering application named NxFilter and its
client programs and their related programs distributed by Jahastech.


1. License
  Subject to your compliance with these terms and conditions,
  Jahastech. grants you a royalty-free, non-exclusive,
  non-transferable license to use SOFTWARE for non-commercial
  purposes. You can use SOFTWARE in a company, office, school or any
  other environment for free unless you sell it as a package or as
  a part of a package of the other product. Jahastech reserves all
  rights in SOFTWARE not expressly granted to you here.


2. Restrictions
  The source code, design, and structure of SOFTWARE are trade
  secrets. You will not disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer
  it, in whole or in part, except to the extent expressly permitted
  by law, or distribute it. You will not use SOFTWARE for illegal
  purposes. You will comply with all export laws. SOFTWARE is
  licensed, not sold.


3. Distribution
  You may distribute an unlimited number of copies of SOFTWARE;
  provided that each copy shall be a true and complete copy,
  including all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be
  accompanied by a copy of this EULA.


4. Usage report
  SOFTWARE may send a usage report to Jahastech. Such usage report
  shall not contain any personal information belongs to the end
  user.


5. No Warranties
  Jahastech expressly disclaims any warranty for SOFTWARE. SOFTWARE
  and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty
  of any kind, either express or implied, including, without
  limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness
  for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk
  arising out of use or performance of SOFTWARE remains with you.


6. No liability for damages
  In no event shall Jahastech be liable for any special,
  consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever
  (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
  profits, business interruption, loss of business information,
  or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or
  inability to use this product, even if the Jahastech is aware
  of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
