I've analyzed the conditions of the hot water pump of the cottage, in order to make sure that the hot hater is correctly delivered.
On Tuesday 7 and Thursday 9 I've analyzed and repaired the hot water pump of cottage #3.
Report:
The general conditions of the pump are excellent:
-insolation is good, temperature insulators are intact, this means that the temperature of the water passing in the tubes is conserved efficiently.
-the temperature sensors are correctly reporting data and are placed correctly, the temperature monitor at the center of the tank is accurately reporting data and is perfectly working.
-the tubes are not leaking and the water tank has no air inside, which is a positive fact.
-the hot water clock, with regulates the periods of the day where hot water is delivered, was stetted wrongly, I've managed to reset it at the right time as well as the hot water periods.
-the TED unit, wich allows us to retrieve the data regarding energy consumption, has been installed successfully, you can now enter this web address and see the data http://10.14.65.3/Footprints.html
