10/15

This week we did a couple a things. First we checked the netatmos again to check for any duds that may not be working. We also got to label a few of them and deploy them in different classrooms to check the air quality, temperature, humidity etc. I got to deploy 3 which are, Cardi B who is in the Carter dorms commons, Isaac who is in Mr.White's classroom and Charles who is in the Technology center. It's going to be interesting to see how the quality in each room is. We also got to test out the mannequin head with the microphones in its ears and it was really cool to be able to listen with those headphones all around your head. The coolest thing we did was zoom with Randy Campbell who told us all about his job and answered all of our questions about stars and space, even thought I'm sure we were left with more questions than we started with. The most interesting thing for me personally was learning about the supernovas and to be taught about the wavelengths and how we can know so much about a star based on wavelengths.
2. What you plan to do next week: what, where, with whom

Next week I plan to try and make up my mind about my independent project or at least start getting an idea of what I want to do. I'm really interested in doing something with the ocean, maybe the scuba virtual reality program or something with liquid robotics. I'm also very interested in tracking sharks or whales.
