Today I spent most of my time searching for research journals that relate to my study. It's difficult to find legitimate sources because a lot of what I find online is hoaky meditation stuff. A lot of research journals are somewhat over my head, which is another difficult thing. I'm trying to educate myself on the brain as much as I can so that my research is as conclusive as can be and not over-simplified. I wish the Mindwave program was more expansive, but I understand that more expansive hardware is incredibly expensive. EEG's should be more accessible and I wonder if there is a way to make them more so.
