This week we again dove into project management concepts and terms. I was absent during the first class of the week during which we voted on which project management term definitions were the best. I then studied the agreed upon definitions for the upcoming test next Tuesday. As far as my own individual project, I got to take a look at the room below the main Elab as a potential testing environment. It is ideal for my experiment because there are only two windows, both of which I can easily cover, allowing for an isolated lighting environment. This factor is important because in order to determine if one type of light is better for brain relaxation, I need to be sure that the test subject is only under one particular light source at a time. this is why one of tasks for asana is to talk to Dr. Bill about using this space. Next week I plan on surveying and taking note of the lighting fixtures we have a valuable already at the Elab and meeting with Johnny to learn more about the EEG equipment, specifically the new Emotiv Insight headset.
