Here's what you'll need to include in your project proposal
Proposal Rubric: bank for date one use just owner
Abstract: short summary of what you hope to research
realise you have your personal date in a lot of storage on different places you don't know who use them for what but if you have all date on your one place where you know they are not used. it like bank for data nobody will use them. keys for the date have just you. it will be like in bank the security lockers what you can just open them and put there what you want. some data wool.

in 30-50 yers ago was super popular banks lockers where you can put there a lot of stuff what and is have big price for you and you don't want anybody see that. or just your peppers from forks everything is going to be a electronics now. you must have place where to safe that and you don't safe place where to put that.
Purpose: the goal of your project
make a place where people can put data and they don't will be use them. and you can put them any time and one els don't haver a problem search where is what. and is safe.
What will you measure, research or learn? both on different lines because sometimes you do research and is not to be enough.
How will you measure it, what will success look like?: when I made that or started how I will work for that. success don't have end.you still can do something more.

Impact and legacy (HPA, local, global): what legacy will this leave? how will this impact HPA, our community and the world?
first all people can safe them personal data on all place but the same companies or school and our school can safe date too even the shool probably doing that.

Weblog entry: what you did, what worked, what did not, why, next steps
Weekly (due 6 PM each Saturday):
Weekly summary report: what worked, what did not, what you plan next week, what will you need, due at 6 PM every Saturday.
Quarterly:
Quarter summary weblog entry, quarter video (2-3 minute summary of progress)

Group presentations
