Today we had all classes so our time is short. I didn't attempt to input more rainfall data due to the time crunch.
Instead I tried to pin point the locations of the rain gauges. The issue I found with this is some are vaguely labeled "2nd Gate" or "Office" and while the elevation and island are listed the "location" descriptions are a bit vague. I was able to pin point the majority of the gauges though I currently have no way to check my estimations. I was unable to find the following on google maps:
Humuila (Kaleieha), Hawaii 6710 elevation 82. N. Hilo
Office, Hawaii 2670 elevation 85. S. Kohala
High Pressure, Hawaii 4250 elevation 85 S. Kohala (I'm assuming near the office)
Kemole I, Hawaii 4680 elevation 85 Hamakua
Puunoho, Hawaii 4210 elevation 81 Hamakua
Keamoku, Hawaii 3120 elevation 85 S. Kohala
Pa(A)alii Range I, Hawaii 3700/1800 elevation 85 W. S. Kohala
Kohae Uka II, Hawaii 2640 elevation 85 S. Kohala
Keana-Kolu, Hawaii. 5280 elevation 82 N. Hilo
