Today I attempted to create a comprehensive report of Jason's interview, but found myself jumping around and making a general mess. To correct this I switched gears and make a general outline for the interviews based on my initial questions. I've narrowed down my focus of the essays to whether or not grass fed local ranching operations are feasible. If so, why and if not, why not/ could it in the future? To take it out the hypothetical, I use Parker Ranch as a case study of sorts. This is further beneficial because Parker Ranch is so influential in the community.
