Today, I did my final project presentation, which I think went very well. That took most of the class, but afterward I opened up the boat control panel to look at the wiring for the Phidgets, and took pictures of the entire system (now on my Google Photos) to document it so that I can figure out how everything works later. I am not entirely sure what sort of microcontroller actually ran the thing, as I saw only Phidgets and wifi components.
