Today I watched a video on someone who automated their garage and connected it to there smart watch. It was cool to see that you can connect a smart watch to a PI. Im not sure how they did it but I'm pretty sure they had a pi running as a small server and the watch was connecting to the server as its wifi network. He also must have made a custom app for android wear and downloaded it on his watch. He basically was controlling his lights and curtain and garage door and other things with his watch. I want to try and do something like this, What I want to do is bring in my google home and try and see If I can get my google home to talk to my pi and then I will be able to make my pi talk to arduinos that are spread out around a room controlling different things. That Way I could control them all through h custom commands from the google home.
