Today In class we talked about building a editing rig separate form the worksantion that Zoe uses. We were talking about parts and os and other things. We are thinking of making a hackintosh that duel boots with windows and Mac osx. That way you can edit with premier pro on windows and use Mac osx for final cut. We were going to go with a i7 8700k and a rx 580 but, we had to use a 1070 and a i7 7700k because of Mac osx having issues with the 8700 and the 580. Also final cut and primer work better with Nvidia cpu's.
