    Proposal:
    Abstract: I want to research hydroponics and explore possible use in 3rd world countries
    Title: Handy Hydroponics (Patent Pending)
    Background: Hydroponics are thought of as a expensive and complicated way of producing crops, but what if it didn't have to be. What if it was possible to a hydroponic farm in 3rd world or rural countries.
    Purpose: My goal is to learn about hydroponics (ex: which methods have the best yields) and create a hydroponic garden that produces healthy plants, once i've done that ill explore the possible uses in poor countries.
    Tools/resources needed: hydroponics kit, a dedicated place (have both?) Well having a hydroponics kit is slightly important do do hydroponics.
    Impact and legacy (HPA, local, global): Well Hawaii is a pretty good place to grow anything, so I don think there's much need for it here. However, again in poorer countries or places that have trouble growing crops will be benefited by this .
