Week 8 Independent Recap

This week was built up to flying at the research station for Greg. We started idle, as always, messing around with our simulator that we finally installed on the Mac running Windows XP Parallel. This got our confidence up for flying at the station. I got an english teacher to set a date with us thursday so that we could fly off campus without being in violation of school rules. We flew at the coastal research property below kohala ranch. The winds were treacherous, and we felt discouraged, but once we lifted off successfully, we were able to capture wide angle, full encompassing shots of the property. We will gather the best of these, zip them into an archive, and send them off to Greg where he will go a photoshop artist to render what Nate's final development of the property would look like from above.
