Today was the first day back from Spring Break and the first day of the fourth and final quarter. We talked for most of class, just about what we did over spring break and what are plans are for the rest of the school year. I took today to mostly just outline my goals and set time frames:
- Muon Detector
- This Week: SEND PARTS LIST TO DR. BILL and email O'Connor about surface soldering abilities at UH
- This Month: Receive all parts, do Arduino code, and start assembling
- This Quarter: Finish assembling detector, look into testing it on volcanos and exoplanets, also work on ways to improve it (both price wise and functionality)
- CFHT 3D Lego Model
- This Week: Finish Stage 1 Model
- This Month: Take Measurements for Stages 2 and 3
- This Quarter: Create Entire Model and Order Parts (assemble if you have time)
- HI-SEAS
- The current mission has currently been put on hold until July, so I will not start working on it until then
- Quantum Physics
- This Week: Start from the beginning of Classical Dynamics of Particle Systems (TAKE THOROUGH NOTES) and start looking for classes on edX along with starting to work on my website again
- This Month: Finish Classical Dynamics or Particle Systems along with a rough draft of the website
- This Quarter: Make my website public along with hopefully having greatly increased my understanding of quantum physics
- Preparing for Summer and Next Year
- This Week: Apply to Nalukai and Piceas STARS
- This Month:
