Although today was a short period, I got some stuff that was on my check list for the week, completed. Firstly I found that the STL files to the Bionic prosthetic hand that I want to print come with a cost. Unfortunately, it is a bit higher than expected but I am hoping to get a grant in order to get it printed! Today I also was put in contact with Marc Seibert, the man I will be communicating with for all the NASA projects. I was promoted to be the student in charge of and contacted for the BASALT, PISCES, and HI-SEAS projects. I am so excited to be working beside some of the most knowledgable people in space exploration and habitual living off earth!
